My son worked at NASA’s Goddard Space Center and I’ve personally seen better pictures than that of hardware and footprints on the moon.

The photo in question was taken from an altitude of 90 miles from the lunar surface. It is only a few years old, decades after the Apollo landings. I’d say it is pretty good evidence for its presence. Photos just like it were taken by craft flown by Japan, India, and China. It is a safe bet that those are pretty good proof that Apollo did land on the moon.
