Anyone and everyone who knew what was going on can and must be charged with intent to commit fraud/conspiracy to commit fraud.
And that is the least of the charges.
There are more charges that could be piled on.
BTW, this should include the physicians attending.
The news media can and should be charged in covering up criminal activities committed against the United States of America.
If the SCOTUS was involved, those involved can and should be investigated and impeached.
There is no special prosecutor law. Don’t need one. DOJ can just investigate and prosecute.
