Been there. My prostate cancer was first suspected at a Gleason 3/4. I forget the grade. MRI found suspicious nodules, confirmed by biopsy.
Six years later, still can er free.
A STAGE 4 Gleason 9 sudden onset metastatic cancer is unheard of except for malpractice or malevolence.

You are correct. I was just diagnosed with stage 1 Gleason 3 after an elevated PSA. I had an MRI and biopsy. Treatment plan is to monitor every 6 months. No way this diagnosis just magically appears. They have been treating him for years. They just needed the right time to announce his conditionn to change the narrative,
