The Supremes will cave to the left. Sadly I think Trump looses the argument on the baby issue. The way “Amy”, the Chief, and the other loser questioned, plus the three liberals, Trump loses 7-2 or 6-3. He could of course get lucky and win 5-4, but I doubt it. The Supreme court IS NOT a conservative court. They sometimes vote conservative, but not usually. They will screw up this decision and this gives every illegal who is pregnant, more ammo to try to get into America.

Not a lawyer, but I don’t see how a district judge can wield such power. By whom was that power given? It seems anything hizonner ruled would apply to his district and not nationwide.
