How would we ever get the Sixteenth repealed then, which imposes the second plank of communism on the USA (“a heavy progressive or graduated income tax”)? or the Seventeenth, which imposes a “democratic” Senate that eliminates the representation of state governments in DC with that of lobbies and special interests?
