Isn’t Arlington Texas a suburb of Dallas?

When you say Dallas does not have NFL or major league baseball, that is technically correct but very misleading because they have teams in the region.

If you were trying to say that teams must play within the city limits of a major city , in order to be a team from that city, there are numerous examples of teams which do not play within the city limits of the major city they represent..

It's in another county and doesn't even border Dallas. It can be fairly argued that it's a suburb of Fort Worth. But it isn't served by the transit system of either Dallas or Fort Worth, or the rail systems that connect Dallas and Fort Worth.

It sounds like there’s no “Park and Ride” like some other metropolitan areas have.

Doesn’t Arlington have a UFL team also?
