I don’t know how Trump’s team deals with it. Marco Rubio looks exhausted. Trump may have superhuman stamina but he has to be careful about burning out his people.

As a former New Yorker, I have watched Trump a long time. I think his secret is that he's always having fun. It's not work to him. He's an extrovert who is energized by being around people and always being on the go.

As an introvert, I am exhausted just watching him on TV.;-)
