Part of this is the pathologizing normal little boy behavior - as if they're defective girls - and part of it is just a hostility towards men (in this case pre-men) we have seem from modern feminism, which today's classrooms are staffed with.

Listening to years of anti-male crap from their psycho lib teachers has probably instilled a sense of rage in them which comes out in their teens.

I'd also like to know how many of these "disruptive" boys are fatherless and/or on psychotropics.

Your last sentence is a huge part of it. No father = no real discipline. And drug up the boys so they are compliant.
