Kennedy assination, lbj's great society, no body mentioned the 68 riots, H.S. kids going to Vietnam,

We had neighbors that would come outside if there was a ruckus in the street. 5 cent coke bottles, being broke as a kid.

Schools were 3 r's, teachers were respected. You could read if you graduated. Segregation was abolished. Made things worse for white kids who didn't fight every day.

And j Edgar hoover ran the fbi like the kgb and blackmailed politicians and Hollywood.

I well remember ALL of the 1960s and I most assuredly LIVED THOUGH ALL OF THAT DECADE AND AS SENTIENT PERSON; 1/2 OF IT AS AN ADULT!
