I don’t believe the UK Daily Male will report Dindu Nuffins negatively.

You are right, hardly a brawl. Two guys shoving, a woman hitting someone in the back of the head and a couple others breaking it up. Now if it had been Blacks, they all would have gotten involved and it would have been a brawl

Talk about needing a headline. It sounds like a couple of people got into an argument and that mail wants to turn it into an international sensation so they can make money off from it.

This is how parents dress to attend a performance by their children in a school? Unbelievable.

When did Glee Clubs in school become “choirs”? I’ve been out of touch with schools for many years and wasn’t aware “choirs” aren’t just in church any longer.

Was the choir that bad, or were they trying to sing le Sacre du printemps?

Parent 1 “Your kid couldn’t carry a tune with a wheelbarrow!”

Parent 2 “Oh yeah, well your kid belongs in sing-sing!”

Seems we were looking at the same video.

Not sure what video some commenters were looking at.

I graduated from high school in SW Oklahoma in 1969. We had dress codes, no jeans, no t-shirts.

The High school had a choir because the students got graduation credit for participation. I think a Glee Club may be an extracurricular activity in some schools vs a credit course.

Be sharp or see flat, but not when fiddling around....

LOL I graduated so long ago - 1954 upstate NY, I can’t remember if we got credit for Glee Club. I remember we did for band...1/2 credit for each year as I recall..

I don’t think any parent dressed in shorts and flip flops to attend any function at school like we saw in that video. I don’t believe anyone had to set a dress code. It’s just the way things were done in the ‘50’s before the rebellion of the ‘60’s..

Even later when we became house wives, we changed out of our working dress clothes when we came home from work into every day clothes (dresses) for home BUT never for going out to the store or anywhere outside the home; no jeans. I guess we were the “uptight” ones, right? I still wear clothes at home I wouldn’t wear outside my home and NEITHER should those women in that video - LOL....

I know we didn’t wear anything but dresses or skirts/blouses to work until probably pant suits became fashionable.
