Took it for over a year with lemon and ginger.
The results were not all that. At best a very minor drop in the realm of “meh”. The entire cocktail was supposed to lower cholesterol also. Also, “meh”. The juice wasn’t worth the squeeze, as it were.

Yep- I used beet powder and hibiscus powder with zero results.

I make a drink with it. Cut up a pineapple. Use the rinds and the core. Put it in a pot. Cut up a cucumber, in the pot. Cut up a lemon. Squeeze the juice into the pot, then add the lemon peel. Cut up some ginger, into the pot. Add cinnamon, pepper and turmeric.
Fill up pot with water. Cook until water is boiling. Put it on simmer for about an hour. Let it cool on the stove for a few hours. Mash everything up in the pot then run everything through a strainer. You will have a drink that is anti-inflammatory and good on the stomach.
Taste? Meh, but it seems to work for me.
