During the graduation Karmelo Anthony will be allowed to sit anywhere he wants. 10 students before him in line and 10 students after will be issued knife-proof Kevlar vests to wear under their robes. All staff at the podium will also be issued knife-proof vests.

Karmelo Anthony will be handed his diploma using a 10-foot pole with a clamp at the end.

Agreed. And I looked it up just now. The track meet may not have been at a particular school, but it was at David Kuykendall Stadium, which to your point is owned by the school district. So in a way it was on school property.

My best guess is they are going to let him walk across the stage, because you know being black makes him special. I hope every kid/adult “BOOOS” him if he does.

I would hope that the school district realizes how deeply divided the community is over the incident and ensuing racial circus. If there are boos (a reasonable assumption) certain people may get violent. All too often these days when people get their feelings hurt!

So long as there are no federal charges and the case will be tried totally in the state, Karmelo will be coddled and likely get off free. His charges will probably will not be dropped but his trial will likely be arranged to result in a “hung jury” with the state choosing not to retry him.

I figure now that the Medcaff family will have to be like Ron Goldman’s family and sue the Anthonys for wrongful death. Then when they win they will have to chase that family to the gates of hell like the Goldman’s did with OJ to get their money.

There was some research done after this thread was posted which told us he would graduate, but would NOT be allowed to walk.
