There are probably millions of white women that don’t get married to their baby’s fathers because the govt will pay all the college costs for “ single” mothers.
Sure, it affects a small percentage of white families too - but what is your point bringing it up?
Are you suggesting that these policies have affected black and white families alike? Because that is patently untrue.
The problem of fatherless black households has reached epidemics proportions, and you can see the results in black vs white crime statistics.
