I envy your wife! My side effects are not fun.
I’ve been on terzepatide fora year and nine months. I’ve lost 66 pounds. Was 278, now 212. Diet changes due to minimizing calorie intake. Side effects are negligible. My knees and back are better. I am no longer on high blood pressure meds. Sleep apnea gone. Cholesterol numbers are greatly improved. Other benefits as well. I don’t have any regrets. If it helps, and you’re open to it, go for it. FYI, I get terzepatide via compound pharmacy $399/month no insurance required.
ha!
“Mounjaro”, the Montenegrin word for wishing someone a good morning after a death in family and they are in mourning.

They are ridiculous, aren’t they? At 170 - 175, I’d be where I was in high school, too. I didn’t wrestle, but worked out a lot. The weird thing is multiple “researchers” have developed similar models that deliver similar results. How can they say for certain that those numbers are optimal?
But the medical establishment wouldn’t lie to us. Right?
