Because dimocrats parse and play with words, that is one of their deceitful talents. The biden group used the app to immediately enroll illegal aliens which resulted in them being immediately LEGAL migrants in the process of coming to the US. It is semantics and words games which is why they DO NOT think it is a crime to have millions of illegal aliens in the US which elicits such visceral responses from them.
