I think there are frozen and perfectly preserved Jeepsters in the same area.

Jeepsters probably were in charge of the T-Rexs who were guarding the Black Pyramid when a comet debris tore through the area bringing -475 degree temps in its wake and that flash froze them all. Likely with the right techniques, they could be defrosted and resume their duties.
