Once the State declared a mother could legally terminate the life of a child without the consent of the father, the father could also terminate the life of the child without consent of the mother.

The pregnant woman can't even argue the father was practicing medicine without a license because he has the same argument that she has when she claims "my body, my right" despite it being the child's body.
