NOT EXACTLY AN OVER PAYMENT-—

YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY APPLY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT.

IF STILL DRAWING A FED PAYCHECK, THEN FILING FOR UNEMPLOYMENT IS TOTAL FRAUD

I just filed in Texas after being RIF’d. employer has to let state know about it. Who in federal gov let states know about jobs “lost”? That’s collusion.

I’m from Maryland and surrounded by federal employees. During furloughs they don;t work and are not paid. But they ALWAYS get back pay for their time of what amounts to paid vacation. Some may have applied for unemployment. Just sayin’.

All I can think of is George Costanza from Seinfeld.

Absolutley fraud. Not long ago cases involving federal wage credits had a lower threshold for felony prosecution. The OIG would eagerly take the cases. Not so much lately.
