I would LOVE to see some journalist/investigator do an actual “inventory” of what Butt-Plug actually DID for four years....besides roll his eyes at the intractability of all problems in his realm of “expertise”, because, after all, they’re all caused by racism, and “we have to fix that first” that is literally their “way of looking at things”.....they don’t acknowledge that problems need PRACTICAL solutions....
It would be the fault of the utter incompetence of federal senior executives in charge of buying technology. Dey don no nuffin’ about it. These just followin’ the rulz they followed to make their bosses happy to get their jobs.
