How can a liberal, partisan, activist, low IQ Hispanic woman possibly correctly interpret a constitution created by intelligent, conservative white men?

Even worse she is probably a benefactor of affirmative action at every level since elementary school.

Likely she has an above average IQ of 110 or so. In a job that requires: “ Based on the cognitive demands and the profiles of Justices, a reasonable estimate for the IQ required to excel as a Supreme Court Justice is 130–140 (roughly the 98th–99.9th percentile).”

In other words I’d bet her intellect is not equal to the job requirements, even ignoring the fact she is likely a biased activist.
