SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A woman reportedly tried to run over six elementary-aged kids following an altercation between her child and other children.
On April 29, at 8 p.m., the Shreveport Police Department responded a report from a parent stating that her children were nearly struck by a vehicle near Pine Grove Elementary. Upon arrival, officers learned that an adult woman drove up in a separate vehicle and allowed juveniles to exit with the intent of fighting the complainant’s children.
As the children went to flee, the suspect woman allegedly attempted to run them over with her vehicle.
A patrol officer, who is assigned to Pine Grove Elementary, reviewed surveillance footage and was able to identify the suspect as Lejonkica Sharp. During the investigation, Sharp initially claimed that a group of children was throwing rocks at her car and denied that she attempted to harm anyone.
According to SPD, security footage clearly shows Sharp deliberately attempting to strike six elementary-aged students with her car after one of her children was involved in a fight with another student.
On May 1, at 7 p.m., officers located and arrested Sharp. She has been charged with six counts of aggravated assault.

Wait, no apostrophe?
It looks like someone just threw letters against the wall, and whatever stuck, that’s what was used.
Wonder what the race was of the rock throwing children?
Yep.
Aggravated assault? Should be attempted murder. And since children are involved it should be aggravated murder.
When the hell is Joan Smith gonna do something??? White people are WAY underrepresented in violent crime!
My friends there tell me of the sounds of gunfire every night in neighborhoods that were always peaceful before.
