This person had the power to sentence one convicted to lengthy prison terms. I think she should get the same at minimum. Abuse of power should be a significant add-on.

It’s called “aiding and abetting” and if she is convicted, she should not only lose her judgeship and her law license, but face up to 10 years in prison under Wisconsin law. Charge with obstruction of justice to boot.

According to the FBI affidavit, someone from the state Public Defender’s Office photographed the ICE arrest team and alerted Dugan’s clerk that immigration officers were present. Dugan then became “visibly angry,” according to the bailiff, and called the situation “absurd.” This fat hog, posing as a judge, should be sentenced according to the J-6 defendants and get as a minimum, 3 years in prison with illegal gangbangers...I know it won't happen, but it should.
