No one is celebrating the death. If he was illegal, then he would not have died in this accident had he not broken the law by illegally entering the USA, as he would still be in the country of his origin. And if he was illegal, it is likely he may be less skilled than an American citizen, as the American citizen is likely to have come to the job with more skills...and may not have been in the accident in the first place.
On the other hand, I am a firm believer that God put us on earth for a specific time period. We each have a start and stop date, predetermined by God Almighty. So, sad as it is...it was his time to go, no matter where he was or what he was doing.
Illegals use the fake it until you make it method as a means to gain employment. Obviously this is a hazardous way to learn a new trade.

No one has asked if the DRIVER of the paving machine that crushed this worker was illegal.
