I think a doctor saying botox is safe but hemorrhoid cream for eye bags is not may have a bit of a conflict of interest. At the end of the day, one of them is a toxin, and one is not. One they make money off of, one they do not.

so the original prep H cream isnt even sold in the US any longer( it has an extra ingredient they’ve replaced)... used to be when I worked in fashion models used it post a nighht out to hide the eye bags, and later they had it imported from Canada.
