You obviously don’t live in Georgia
Kemp is useless
I think I was clear that I don’t.
However, I *am* familiar with basic math. And I see in the 2022 primary:
Kemp: 73.72% (888K votes)
Collins: 21.78% (263.2K votes)
Taylor: 3.42% (41K votes)
...and others.
Seems to me like the hated Kemp got nearly 3/4 of the GOP primary vote. So perhaps your hatred of him isn’t shared by the other GOP primary voters.
In the General Election, I see he beat the blob:
Kemp: 53.41% (2.112m votes)
Blob: 45.88% (1.813m votes)
Seems to me that even if all his primary opponents had held their breath till they turned blue (pun intended), he’d still have ended up in a virtual tie in the GE.
But hey, you do you. To me? I wish he was my governor. He ticks all the right boxes - and better yet - has his own mind. But... you prefer a rubber stamp automaton. We’ll see how far that gets you.
