A bit more seriously, there are various ways to increase CO2 levels in the atmosphere. If that is not enough, build enclosed cities, each under a dome, and produce enough CO2 for plants to grow. One could even build underground, but you would need a source of light for photosynthesis.
Well, they didn’t get me with the rising of the seas, my dock is still fine, so maybe they’ll just cut off my oxygen supplies.
