Here is a trick: Go see your doctor. Listen to what they say. Make a decision. Listening to people who don’t know you, your history, or anything else about you is a fools errand.

What on God's green earth makes you think the doctor knows you any better than an internet source????

Or even knows what a good diet is considering how they teach nutrition in med school.

We all know they're not going to tell you anything but the approved AMA/FDA narrative, and the FDA diet (food pyramid) will destroy your health. It's far too carb heavy.

The current shape more of America is is testament to what following FDA/AMA guidelines will do to one.

Yes…doctors are idiots. I don’t even know why you would go to one. I guess it’s amazing how well the human body is designed that we can live as long as we have—considering we go to doctors and eat like crap.

It’s funny. My wife and I go to weight watchers. It’s AA for fat people. Every week I go to meetings and listen to fat women explain away why they did not lose weight that week. So many excuses.

People eat like crap. They don’t exercise. They eat the wrong things. The drink the wrong things. And they do nothing to understand how their body works.

Even people on GLP1 drugs don’t understand how they work and what needs to be done to maintain weight loss. They continue to eat crap, and wonder why they put ten pounds on the week after they stop their shots.

But yeah…lets listen to “Marge from DeMoines” because she “knows” why I am fat without ever seeing me.
