As usual the answer is it’s already some foods = eat healthy. I did web search:

Foods like sauerkraut, bananas, fruits, whole grains, asparagus, barley, legumes, oats, vegetables, yogurt, chicory, garlic, and Jerusalem artichoke can be beneficial for the gut microbiome, which includes Bacteroides vulgatus. These foods are rich in prebiotics, which are non-digestible foods that stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria like B. vulgatus.

Well, you must’ve researched more than me because I looked and looked. Thank you for the information. I eat a lot of those foods almost every day. I even make my own yogurt. It would be fun to be able to add a little bit to the mix.
