Here’s my take on zero-point/vacuum energy.
It’s real and fills all of space, but we don’t even know what form it takes—it’s not electricity, light, or even related to any known usable energy. It’s detectable only through subtle quantum effects. Because it’s everywhere, people imagine it’s limitless, but since we don’t understand its nature or how to interact with it, extracting it remains pure speculation.
It’s like knowing the ocean is vast but having no idea what salt water is, let alone how to make it drinkable or otherwise usable.
Eric Davis touched on this in his testimony only as speculation that UAPs might use vacuum energy—or perhaps manipulate quantum vacuum fluctuations—to extract the negative energy required for warp-bubble propulsion.
In a warp bubble, negative energy is like an energy “debt” that curves space—compressing it in front of the bubble and expanding it behind, allowing for apparent faster-than-light motion without violating relativity inside the bubble.
