That said, the fact that he acknowledged it says something important: this wasn’t deception, it was human error.
Whether one believes Lue or not, he has risked a lot to push for UAP transparency, and no rational person in his position would deliberately sabotage his own credibility like that.
It’s a reminder that even credible voices can slip, which is why the movement needs both transparency and rigor.

Admitting a mistake doesn’t mean it wasn’t intentional. He is well trained in counterintelligence and good at it. Even headed Government agencies on counterintelligence. Literally his middle name is disinformation.
He just did a whole lot of damage to credibility of whistleblowers and believes alike... I am sure it was by design to make everyone including himself look foolish. His own image does not mater to him as long as the end goal is met.
He just flat out did us all a dirty and needs to be booed off the stage from now on. We are never going to get anything substantial from him, just more deflection and disinformation.
