Alan Dershowitz said Friday he’s certain that the conviction of President Donald Trump in the New York hush money case will be overturned on appeal.

Speaking on Newsmax’s The Record with Greta Van Susteren, Dershowitz said Trump’s legal team is preparing to appeal the Manhattan case, even though a formal sentence has not been issued.

“The case is going to be appealed,” Dershowitz said. “Trump has hired Sullivan and Cromwell to be his lawyers to appeal the case.”

The court is dragging its feet. They will side with who ever they think will win the trump/swamp war.

In any case, and for a variety of reasons, you'd have zero chance of winning such a lawsuit.
