Not for those who get criminally charged as bargaining chips for Russia to get Russians out of Western jails. Travelling to Russia is a really stupid idea unless it's someone like Tucker Carlson giving Putin positive PR and an opportunity to spread revanchist Soviet historiography about Ukraine and Belarus.
