Video....

I remember it used to be illegal to make a video of the inside of a New York subway car.
So I was going to say this guy could sue and the justice system would ruin the life of the one who made this video.

Now I see it’s “generally” legal unless tripods and lights are used.

But Roman Law firm’s site cautions:
Privacy Considerations.
You need to respect the privacy rights of those you photograph or video in the subway. Under Section 50 of the New York Civil Rights Law, individuals enjoy certain rights with respect to their name, likeness, and voice (or any reasonably identifiable facsimile thereof).

Can one have an expectation of privacy when in a public place such as the subway?
