I don’t deny they’ve a few dozen helicopters and a few jets, but that’s what the silly claim was that I was referring to said.

The B-52 dropped bombs in the Korean War ... I believe the Korean armistice was signed in July 1953, and (IIRC) B-52s weren't actually operational until the late in the following year. Pretty amazing aircraft, to be in service so long!

"If Putin was fighting NATO, he’d have lost in a very short time." Maybe you're right, but I have difficulty imagining a strong military emerging from nations that reacted as the nations of the West did to COVID.

No, they didn’t. Drones are here to stay but to say they are the most importnat is childish.
To: PIF
Really? What is the name of supposedly Ukrainian design bureau that developed it?
To: The Duke
It wasn’t only the west. The same or similar reactions were seen in China, India, Russia

Being in the tank is being in the tank, no matter which side you support.

I very much agree with regard to China and India. I didn't really notice how Russians responded. Originally I was going to use the phrase "national cowardice".
I do live in a little corner of America where COVID was pretty much laughed at.
