The F-15 Eagle: A Legacy of Air Superiority and an Unmatched Combat Record
Israeli F-15 still flies and landed safely.
If I were ever in air combat I would like to be in an F-15 Eagle and have an Israeli Wingman. (Not putting Our American Pilots down in any way.)

If Putin was fighting NATO, he’d have lost in a very short time.
He’s stuck fighting Ukraine

Agree...they manage to put together very cheap drones, but it’s not like they have to find the money to pay their workers as the Globalists cover those bills. I think with the sea drone it takes a ton of research to design it and it has to operate autonomously, which is cutting edge, something that very few countries can do (maybe US, Russia, China, and Israel, and perhaps some in Western Europe), and no country could do in Ukraine’s situation.
“But the Ukraine-Russian war is the first war where Drones have become, perhaps, the most important type of weapon in the war.”

Perhaps Putin is preparing to fight a future war using Ukraine as the training ground? With all the NATO involvement he (and by extension China, North Korea and Iran) have accumulated much knowledge about weapons, tactics, drone warfare, etc. used by the West, as well as his own capabilities. Just sayin.
Please see my #46. Related thoughts.
I’m well acquainted with the Eagle. As I said, “ An F-15ski.” A cheap Russian knockoff that was probably built with stolen American technology dating back to the 60’s.
England shoots down another Ruzzian jet!

The R73 is a Russian missile designed and built for Russia in Ukraine.
how many state-of-the-art, highly classified, Western Systems are we needlessly going to send to Russia for their examination and reverse-engineering
—
None.
It’s a Soviet era aircraft.
—
So is the F-15, F16, & F-18
all of which, including the SU-30, have been modernized and upgraded. The B-52 dropped bombs in the Korean War ...
Maybe the whole point is this war is to be a proving ground for new types of weapons, much like The Spanish Civil War.
“how many state-of-the-art, highly classified, Western Systems are we needlessly going to send to Russia for their examination and reverse-engineering”
...as if you know.
relatively cheap, easy to make, and will be increasingly autonomous.

Ukraine already has those in combat.
Vietnam, not Korea.
I hope the Pentagon is paying attention. We need more drones, LOTS more drones.
—
It is. But they are more focused on making a few drones that cost millions, rather than on lots of drones costing hundreds or thousands which can be cranked out by the millions
The Pentagon loves the more expensive, state of the art toys of which only a handful can be built over the course of years because of the complexity and the millions they cost.
Forget it, he’s rolling!
Ukraine designed and built most of the USSR’s weapons and supplied the fuel for its ICBMs, including the Satan I.
It costs an American manufacturer $50,000 or $100,000 to make even the simplest drone.

Cheap and plentiful drones are not in the Pentagon’s vocabulary - or any other weapons systems for that matter.
