Yes, "fashion" changes; however, I wasn't talking about FASHION, which it is NOT au courant, NOW, for women to wear a not really/sort of Tux, to a political dinner and ball, for high ranking elected pols. And the sloppy white shirt, oh SO casually opened at the throat, only made it worse.
Mankind ( and especially children and teens !) need rules. So DO adults!
Without them, civilization crumbles.
Please take a deep breath. A hundred years ago my grandmother wore a scandalous flapper dress. This is about fashion, nothing more.
