McD’s is not cheap anymore, so naturally low income consumers are disappearing.

Thank you minimum wage through the roof stupidity.

At least inflation can go down but minimum wages will never ever go down. This will squeeze out small businesses all over the country.

As a matter of coincidence I was in there…a week ago almost to the minute.

A fish sandwich is now almost 5 dollars by itself. Pretty sure you could get the entire meal that price pre-covid.

That has much to with the dip in sales, just does not make sense to go to “fine Scottish” cuisine McD and spend 12 dollars for a Big Mack meal when you can go to Chilis and get their 2 for 25 deal and get a burger, fries, drink and appetizer (or even other meal options).

Just getting too dam high.

Where I live, my favorite mexican restaurant offers the standard complimentary chips with salsa and their very filling enchilada lunch, with rice and beans is $5.99. The dinner version is $7.99. And it’s my favorite because of the quality of the food, not the price.

Beat that, McDonalds...

I avoid McDs. HATE using those stinking kiosks.

With the coupon I get 2 Big Mac
for about $5.40 ,- $5.80

Similar for Quarter Pounder with cheese

2 chicken (not McChicken) costs me about $4.60 at the cheapest McDonald’s.

Two days ago (with the app) I got free medium fries 🍟 and a McChicken for $2.27 total with tax.

The free fries is on the app with a $2 purchase. You just have to pick a McDonald’s that charges $2.08 for the McChicken and not $1.99, hehe

Agree. $10 is a big price point to go over for fast food. The problem these fast food joints is they now want to charge $12-$15 for junk food combo meal but the value is just not there. That may fly in NYC but flyover country isn’t going to bite.

True, but there are enough left to maintain a steady pool of YouTube rage videos.

“Ma’am, we don’t serve breakfast at 4 P.M.”

“I want a Egg McMuffin NOW!”

(Starts tearing up the store...)

I look at the prices and and the confusing way to get the lower prices using an app. I wish you could just order at the drive thru and get the lower prices automatically.
