As are any humans, vaxxed or unvaxxed. The issue with the vax is that its creation of a means of [what appears to now be] perpetual spike protein creation continuously degrades the immune system (specifically T4 cells), degrading the bodies ability to “sweep up” dysfunctional cells.
In theory, infection with whatever viral agent was created/modified, or any other that utilized a similar protein to breach the cellular wall, could lead to the same IF an infected cell survived the reproductive cycle intact (something likely many orders of magnitude lower in probability), but a healthy immune system would generally clean this up in short order.
