That's really NOT workable/feasible at all.

Will it EVER be? I don't know. But....HOW DO THOSE WHO WANT THIS, MANAGE TO GET OTHERS TO AGREE WITH IT WITHOUT AN ALL OUT WAR?

I suspect they’re not above doing it surreptitiously, whether people approve or not.

If it’s done at birth, they can program the humans to not object to it.
