Why not, judges seem to think the Constitution is often Unconstitutional.

The judge ruled correctly on a question that was not asked. The EO merely cuts federal funding to states that do not establish citizenship during voter registration. The judge ruled on whether the Executive branch can demand compliance. It cannot. That’s up to the states and Congress.

The Executive branch is well within its limits to deny funding for non compliance with federal law. SCOTUS already has a few cases teed up to tackle this.

This tyrant judge will lose on appeal.
