If the Feds had no role in voting whatsoever, the 15th Amendment would not have come about.
I would argue my civil rights are being violated when illegals in another state are flagrantly allowed to vote for the President and Congressmen.
You can argue that.
But the moment you do, it ceases to become a case of election law. The Constitution says States get to decide how elections within that state take place. To argue your case that another state’s election laws are violating your civil rights in a different state turns it into a civil case rather than a case about election law.
The good news is that if some State decides to allow illegals to vote, then it will affect that states representation. Next thing you know illegals will comprise that State’s government. Then maybe they will vote to leave the US.
All of which will be court cases that are not about election law
