Public schools have way outlived their usefulness. Kid's literacy rates are so abysmal, ANYTHING would produce better results.

The Illinois State Legislature need to change the Illinois Human Rights Act to stop these men acting like women so they can participate in women’s sports programs and watch girls undress and shower in the dressing rooms. It is obvious that what they are doing is a sexual fetish.
