I know so many people who hit 40 and gave up drinking. They ALL lost weight and felt better. It doesn’t mean you cannot enjoy a glass of wine…it means you don’t have to drink the entire bottle.

Mr. GG2 and I don’t drink like we used to either. Mostly we will have one drink instead of two or three. We don’t drink everyday anyway.
