Honestly that’s a better deal (comparatively) than you see these days. A cheaply constructed Mcmansion made of mostly 2x4s, drywall, particle board and plastic siding on 1/4 of an acre for $750,000. Probably won’t last a century.
At least you are getting quality, history, land and location there.
