Practice squad players are often living on the edge financially. Is he going to be an UDFA?

How did his college coaches let it get this bad?

I knew a couple college lineman playing at a D3 school, they were known as "the fat boys," but they were out of football by the end of their freshman season.

Practice squad players are often living on the edge financially.

In the 2024 NFL season, players on the practice squad who have accrued two or fewer seasons of NFL play will receive a minimum salary of $12,500 per week. The salary range for practice squad players in 2024 is between $16,800 and $21,300 per week.

Let's see: $12,500 a week, figure 20 weeks work a season- more if your team goes to the playoffs. That's $250,000 minimum. That's an edge I could live on, nicely!
