Nope no kiddin- there just weren’t that many quick draw artists to paint the scenes lol

Photography does go back well before this, but the exposure time would be the issue, also, expense. It’s not like now. There’d be sixty poor quality phone videos of the five second shootout, with about sixty minutes of poor-me weepy selfie reactions to the event. :^)
