How much does Medicaid overpay for services? That is, if a checkup costs $50 (hypothetical number), and someone that walks in pays $50, then Medicaid should pay $50 and only $50. Same with insurers. But we know that pricing on medical services are not applied even close to equally among various entities.

Most things should have a price list like a menu at a restaurant. Granted, some procedures may require more or less care, time, and effort - but that should be known too.
