My comment there:

If it's 3AM and no traffic, go for it.

But, doing this with families driving there...jail time.

I knew a brash 21 year-old that was like that. He’s now a vegetable.

There are truckers working 24 hours per day on every highway in America. 194 mph is always unsafe. Do it on a private track, not public roadways.

At that speed at 3am in the dark, one cannot reliably avoid traffic ahead that they may come up upon, including any stopped or going slowly for various reasons. I too was young once, did stupid things at high speed, and by God’s grace did not die or hurt anyone else while doing them. I can’t recommend others try and see also.

If it’s 3AM and no traffic, go for it.

And kills my daughter on her way into an early shift at the hospital? Or some hard working kid headed home after the bar closing at 2am. Or kill some cop with a new baby at home who made he mistake of pulling out from a side street, and looked for normal traffic and missed that headlight 7 times more distant that you would normally consider.

Yeah, just go ahead and go 192 at 3am. Nobody out at 3am matters.
