Balls the size of canteloupe! Brain like a pea.
At that speed at 3am in the dark, one cannot reliably avoid traffic ahead that they may come up upon, including any stopped or going slowly for various reasons. I too was young once, did stupid things at high speed, and by God’s grace did not die or hurt anyone else while doing them. I can’t recommend others try and see also.
There could be anything in the road at any time.
Road kill from last night.
Road kill from 5 minutes ago.
Possum crossing the road, then you’re the road kill.
If it’s 3AM and no traffic, go for it.
And kills my daughter on her way into an early shift at the hospital? Or some hard working kid headed home after the bar closing at 2am. Or kill some cop with a new baby at home who made he mistake of pulling out from a side street, and looked for normal traffic and missed that headlight 7 times more distant that you would normally consider.
Yeah, just go ahead and go 192 at 3am. Nobody out at 3am matters.
I own a car that is quite capable of reaching 200 mph. I have never gone above 145. That was briefly, didn’t even hit 6th gear. . Anything goes wrong, a bump, anything, and it is all over. I usually just like to see how quick it can get from zero to 50....
Ditto that. If I’m going that fast, I want the vehicle to have wings.
Anything like Streethawk should probably stay in fiction land.
300 mph capable motorcylce......
Most are...
I don’t know if rotor blades would be that much better.

One of my biggest fears is deer. One time driving from near Degroit to the Sault I saw a few deer...then a few more and then lots. There were so many I started counting them in a rough way. By the time I rolled in the Sault I estimated I had seen about 1,000.
One time in heavy traffic and in a middle lane at 70 mph, I somehow hit a bee so perfectly it ended up going down my neck to my armpit. It was a wild struggle to get off the road...and highly uncertain if I could.
Going 130 is a stupid idea and yes I probably came close to it myself few times years ago.....
Going 192 and passing someone going 80 is like passing a stationary object at 112. You come up on them really quick. If they change lanes, it makes it really difficult.
“Look at me” is no way to go through life,
A complete and utter moron. You have almost zero control at that speed and not only are other vehicles a danger, but some deer or woodchuck darting out into the road would end his bragging real fast.
"There was a road ... there was a man!"
Quite a while ago some clown on a Japanese crotch rocket doing well over 100 MPH rear ended a car in Wyoming. The bike driver went airborne, flew a few hundred feet and smacked down to his death.
Can you comprehend "no traffic"? How is your daughter there when there's no traffic.
Maybe she's standing in the road to protest BLm?
Amazing how many people here can’t comprehend “no traffic”.
A bear breaking into your house will do the same. Nothing is guaranteed in life.
If the kid wants to go out in a blaze of glory, so be it.
