Not recently, but cuts for this year need impoundment or rescissions, which haven’t happened.
The 2025 Budget Bill has not been signed yet. Recissions WILL take place before September 30 (assuming the Republicans can get their S**T together which, so far they are managing to do, unlike prior years, even though they have a very thin majority!) Hopefully they all stay healthy for the rest of the Fiscal Year!
